Challenges

FinSmart faced several UX challenges that limited both efficiency and platform adoption. Cluttered dashboards made it hard to visualise key insights, while manual payment workflows caused delays and complicated overdue tracking. The platform’s analytics fell short of offering actionable insights for revenue and cash flow management, and an unclear onboarding process slowed user adoption. Through meticulous user research and iterative prototyping, we crafted a streamlined claims platform that simplifies complex workflows. By prioritizing usability and optimizing the information architecture, we enhanced accessibility, making the claims process faster and more intuitive for all users.

Financial Dashboard
  • Designed an interactive financial dashboard with real-time revenue trends, expense breakdowns, and cash flow summaries. Visual elements like bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs improved data visualization.
  • Improvements: Enhanced financial visibility, reduced decision-making delays, and improved cash flow tracking.
Payment Management Screen
  • Built a payment management screen with a drag-and-drop invoice creation tool, automated reminders, and sortable transaction tables. Overdue payments were flagged with red indicators for easy prioritization.

User Onboarding Screen
